• Created a 40% surge in member usage of Practising Law Institute mobile apps by introducing cross-device streaming, personalization, and offline capabilities.

R/GA is a global digital agency specializing in digital product, branding, and marketing. I worked with clients to concept, create, and optimize digital experiences. This involved leading cross-discipline teams through user research, design, and delivery, as well as managing the timeline and budget. I also directly managed a team of product managers.

• Gained a 20% increase in sales lead generation through replatforming and redesign of the ExpressScripts website and content management system.

Capital One is mostly known as a bank and credit card provider, but also has a national treasury management product offering. I served as the product lead for the emerging channels group within that treasury management team. I managed our team roadmap and stakeholder engagement, led three Scrum teams, and directly managed product managers.

• Decreased mobile app login errors by 40% with the incorporation of touch ID into mobile applications.
• Boosted mobile app usage by 20% by introducing bank transfer functionality.

KeyMe provides key duplication services via their mobile app and kiosks located in stores nationwide. I was the first product hire, with a direct mission to increase kiosk sales.

• Grew market share with launch of RFID duplication capability into national kiosks.
